We are excited that Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham just announced that New Mexico is moving into the next phase of reopening. Gyms are now allowed to open at 50% capacity. We are planning to reopen Monday, June 1st. There will be many changes so that we can maintain a safe environment for all our students and families. We will be posting further instructions and updates on the website as we get ready for everyone to safely return to class.
Kim’s Martial Arts is remaining closed to comply with the Governor’s order. The business phone has been temporarily disconnected in order to reduce spending. However, if you need to contact us, please leave us a message by using the contact form.
We have not been idle during this period. Master Kim has consulted with medical experts and is working with instructors in making plans and preparations regarding how we will open back up again while providing a safe environment for our students. Please stay tuned for more announcements to come. We miss everyone and hope that you are all staying well during this difficult time.
In compliance with Governor Grisham’s stay at home order, Kim’s Martial Arts will be closed until 4/30.

We are planning to remain open because this is not a place of large gathering.
However, we will temporarily suspend grappling and sparring. Instead we will focus on forms and traditional skills (hands and feet).
We will not provide community gloves, please bring your own.
Please be considerate of others and don’t come if you are sick.

Next testing will be on February 8th. Mark your calendars. Plus there will be an after testing potluck party at 6:30.
No class December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st.
Master Rector will be holding Nuggets Seminar in Albuquerque on December 14th from 1pm to 4 pm. Please see the bulletin board in the dojang for more details.
Regular classes are cancelled Wednesday 11/27 through Saturday 11/30.
On Wednesday 11/27 there will be a combined children’s class (mighty tigers and juniors) 5-6pm, and cadio from 6-7pm.
